Raspberry milk ice cream
Ingredients:
155 g raspberries
70 g sugar
125 ml whole milk
50 ml cream
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Preparation
In the first step, puree the raspberries with the sugar and then mix the puree with the whole milk and lemon juice. Then pour the mixture into a freezer and place it in the freezer.
Fruity water ice
Ingredients:
500 g strawberries
400 g kiwis
75 ml orange juice
Preparation
Recipes for water ice are the easiest to implement. Simply whisk the ingredients in your blender, fill the mixture into ice cream moulds and place in the freezer for a few hours.
Vegan blueberry sorbet
Ingredients:
500 g blueberries
150 ml water
160 g sugar
Peel of half a organic lemon
Preparation
Bring the water to the boil together with the lemon peel and sugar for about 5 minutes. In the next step, remove the lemon peel and let the mixture cool down. Then puree the blueberries with half of the sugar solution and sieve the mixture to remove unwanted seeds. Then mix the puree with the remaining sugar mass and place the sorbet mixture in the freezer.
Vegan chocolates Nicecream
Ingredients:
3 sliced, frozen bananas
4 tablespoons cocoa powder
5 tablespoons vegetable milk
20 g vegan chocolate

Preparation
To begin, melt the vegan chocolate in a bain-marie and chop all the other ingredients using a blender until you have a creamy consistency. Next, mix the melted chocolate with the bananas. Other toppings include different types of nuts, coconut shavings, chocolate or fruit pieces. The ice cream is ready to eat immediately.
