Rotpunkt Climbing
The Rotpunkt Klettern is particularly worth mentioning, as this sport has its origins in Franconian Switzerland. It is a certain style of free climbing, which means climbing without technical aids, but with belaying devices. In principle, the style can be chosen freely, but in order to be able to compete with other climbers, it is evaluated according to the respective style of climbing. The style used is Rotpunkt Climbing, where only the climbing rope may be used for belaying, the intermediate belaying devices must be attached by the climber himself.

Free climbing through with the intermediate securing device already attached without loading the securing device is now sufficient. The route must be carried out without resting on the rope, falling or pulling on the drill hook. However, this climbing style allows not only suitable climbing shoes but also climbing ropes, carabiners and other equipment, because safety always comes first.
